The following adoption service providers have been accredited, temporarily accredited, or approved by either the Council on Accreditation or the Colorado Department of Human Services. Only those adoption service providers who have been accredited, temporarily accredited, or approved by either the Council on Accreditation or the Colorado Department of Human Services will be able to provide adoption services for Hague adoption cases (unless an organization or individual is operating as an exempt provider or under the supervision of an accredited or approved adoption service provider).
Adoption service providers will be added to this list as they are accredited or approved. Some may be removed if they are found not to be in substantial compliance with the Hague regulations and subject to adverse actions. See also the list of agencies denied accreditation.
Questions or concerns related to the accreditation or approval of specific adoption service providers should be addressed to the Council on Accreditation or the Colorado Department of Human Services as appropriate.
