Each agency listed below applied for Hague Convention accreditation, temporary accreditation, or approval and was denied because the accrediting entity determined that the agency had not demonstrated that it was in substantial compliance with applicable standards in 22 CFR Part 96.

Each accrediting entity must make available to the public on a quarterly basis the names of agencies and persons to which it has denied accreditation or approval (22 CFR 96.91).  The names below were provided to the Department of State by the accrediting entities.
